I have waited to write this as I wanted to calm down. I had been going to Kennel care for years. I loved it. I loved Dr. Brandt and the front desk people and offc manager Nathan. Dr. Brandt moved out of state and Dr. Tutle joined the group. While I liked Dr. Tutle the front office changed. Never got the welcome feeling. While Nathan the office manager tried, the day came when one of my girls was sick and I needed help. I called as an emergency. I was flatly told sorry, they couldn't see her. This was during the week. I was told to take her elsewhere. I explained she needed to be seen, but the girl on the phone had no compassion. I got sooo angry I told her no problem I would be changing vets. The office changed after Dr. Brandt left. I did get a call from Nathan stating he was sorry for call and of course bring my girl in. I thought long and hard and in the end, worried what would happen if Nathan was off and something happened. I am sorry that we had to change vet's but as with any doctor office your front offc staff and make you or kill you. I have heard from many people who loved Kennel care they too are not happy.
I have found a new vet and not only is vet great but the front office is warm, welcoming, and goes out of their way to make me and my girls feel welcome. I also asked in an emergency during open hours would they ever turn me away and the answer was absolutely not.
