Bluf: 3 stars for the great service. They don't get the remaining. 2 stars due to the noisy exhaust fan above the bathroom sink. Sounds like an industrial fan. They will need to either fix it if move me to another room. I'm going to record it and add to photos. This will prove I'm not exaggerating.
As for the service, Ricky and Nini at the front desk were both great. Ricky actually wheeled my luggage to my room.
