The worst service and experience ever. I usually rent fromNational. Walk to any car get in and drive away. This place? Over an hour in line, get to the counter and the customer service person tells me Avis changed the rate, so she has to put it in the system manually. Then she tells she needs to find a car for me. She leaves, comes back ten minutes later, Looks in the system says "your preferred, you could have just gone down and grabbed a car." Well, the app didn't say I was preferred, nor did the reservation instruct to just go down and pick up the car. Finally get to the car and it's a Mazda 3. Not a midsize car! I'm so pissed, I'd rather just not fight it. Go to exitAnd I still have to go through a check out to booth. Only one booth open about 10-15 cars in line. Never again.
