Hi, I was stranded with a blown tire Sunday on southbound I17 south of Table Mesa Rd. Zachary initially came to change my tire and of course the spare was flat too. We soon found out that it had a hole in it. I had my 2 granddaughters with me and Zachary made sure they sat comfortably in his truck while he "fought" with the tire (someone had cross threaded the lug nut). He was a champ the whole time. Great ambassador for your company! Please tell him I replaced all 4 tires with BFG's yesterday and I've purchased the right size rim for the spare. Your tow truck driver, who's name I fail to remember was great- he's the guy who has the Hell Cat. Very professional. You all ought to be proud!
