Had a great experience at Towbin Dodge. I was in contact with them through e mail first. I never really felt pressured. Cesar kept in contact with me on my wants and needs. After my research, I knew what I wanted and set up a time to meet with Cesar. I had a trade in and the value was appropriately priced. I chose a 2015 dart rally. Selection on darts were very good. Car buying process requires patience. Longest part of the process was waiting for my insurance to fax proof of coverage. I like the way they announce that someone has purchased a vehicle over the PA and get to hit their "Gong". My son did that part for me. Cesar was great. He talked about life, children and football with me and my family. For being one of the youngest salesman there I hope he can be successful at towbin dodge. The only reason I gave a 4* and not 5 is because not everyone there has a smile on their face. Another salesman kept coming and sitting with us while with Cesar to see what we were buying and what kind of car my wife had and if she wanted to trade it in. It was rude and annoying.
