Sandra is an amazing chef. The first time I experienced her food was at a wedding. It was a Mexican themed wedding and her food was delicious. Her guacamole is to die for! Her menu included: green chili & cheese tamales, chipotle hummus crostini, stuffed jalapenos, chorizo, pork posole, chicken enchiladas, taco station, rice, beans, and corn on a stick. There was even an assortment for vegetarians. She catered another event for my family and again it was not a disappointment. Her brunch menu included: french toast, quiche, eggs benedict, and mimosas. It's funny guacamole isn't really something that goes with breakfast/brunch, but we requested it anyways and again it was sooo good. Sandra is professional, friendly, and really goes out of her way to make sure everyone is comfortable and enjoying themselves. I recommend using her for any events- corporate parties, weddings, graduations, birthday parties, baby showers, etc. She will not disappoint you!
