Pharmacy is horrible. Every time I go in I have to wait no matter how much advance notice I give. I've asked to have my three accounts merged every month for the last 6 months.
My doctor denied my auto-refill and they chose to alert me when I called to see if it would be ready. Here it is a Sunday, me without my meds and unable to "have a conversation with my doctor". It is inappropriate not to call and let me know that my medication isn't available on a day I can have a conversation with my doctor. They've known for a week they weren't planning on giving it to me. Would have been nice for them to let me in on the secret. Really looking forward to being in pain all next week while I sort this out.
