I like kohl's in general. This location was mostly clean and organized the few times my family and I shopped there. The workers were all friendly and professional. My main criticism would have to be the lack of attention at the cash registers. Every time we've shopped there, we've had to look for someone to just ring us up so we could pay and leave. Yes, we went to both ends of the store to find unmanned cash registers every single time. In our most recent trip, we gave up, put down the clothes we were going to buy, and just left. We made eye contact with at least three separate workers as we stood there at the cash registers and no one offered to assist us. "In my best Dad voice" I'm not angry Kohl's, just disappointed.
