My realtor scheduled an inspection with Advantage for a home in Scottsdale. The inspector let us know he was running about a half hour behind schedule so we were able to plan accordingly to meet him.
We met with Jonathan Simmons at the home. What a knowledgeable guy! His inspection was extremely thorough. He patiently explained items he was noting in his report and for some items we walked to the location on the property so he could show me what he was noting.
He spoke in terms that were understandable without using much technical terminology. He was frank about issues that were more "letter of the law" than actual safety concerns.
He prepared a 63-page report with photographs for each issue/concern. He also brought me a binder so when the report was sent electronically, I could print it out and store it.
I was very pleased with his service, his knowledge and his interaction during the discussion. I felt that he was extremely thorough and offered a great value for the cost of the inspection.
