First met Mike and visited his Training Room after reading mass email at work about his services onsite in my building.
I actually chose 1:1 personal training at The Training Room instead of the fitness facility he runs in my office bldg to avoid strangers and co-workers seeing me in my red-faced sweaty glory BUT there are groups and bootcamps and classes available once I overcome my struggles with Vanity!!
