This is definitely one of my favorite restaurants in Charlotte! The venue itself is great, there's a lot of interesting art and a cozy environment. The food here is SO good. I love the tapas situation because I got to try so many things. The first time I came I LOVED the flatbread, pork belly tacos, shrimp ceviche, and salmon pita. I couldn't decide which I liked best. We also got the lamb skewers which I'd give 7/10--pretty good but nothing exciting next to the other things we ordered. This was TOO MUCH FOOD, and we only ate about half and took the rest home. Depending on what you order I would say 3, maybe 4 dishes is good for 2 people. We also got a Sapporo each, which ended up coming in a HUGE can, 2 full drinks worth. All that plus tip came out to around 70$ if i remember correctly. Considering how much I'd heard about how pricey Soul is I thought it was a good deal and totally worth it for what we got. The second time I came we got the lamb lollipops, the dip trio and the tuna tacos. All were great, especially the lamb (although not worth 20$) but I wasn't as blown away as I was the first time. I've yet to try the sushi but WOW it looked good when I saw it being brought to other tables! Both times we went on a Tuesday around 6:30 and were seated right away.
