I've been taking my car to Rocco at Tri-Service for years, since he was on Queen St, across from CAMH. I am not a car savvy kinda gal, but I'm also not stupid, which is how mechanics usually treat me.
Rocco has always been kind, respectful and honest with me.
I've called him early in the morning in a panic, and he's always been helpful. I've called him when I was stranded in Mississauga, and he's waited around until after hours to help me out.
He's tried fixing my AC... a few times.... and can't seem to get it. But, he stopped charging me for all his attempts, and eventually admitted defeat. I think that's pretty honest for a mechanic!
