Sad to say but I have to rate this place a one. We were all hyped up to go see the dinosaurs at dusk film this week. However when we got there the manager or owner, though friendly, told us that the show was not working due to some server glitch. Huh?!?!?
He was very nonchalant and told us that he can refund our money. One of the guys working there actually had nerve to ask if we were local. I thought to myself why would we be local coming to this place?
The owner or manager told us that we should try coming back in an hour. Mind you the only reason why we really came to Container Park in the first place was to watch this movie. So anyway. We go ahead and hang out for another hour then come back. What do you know. Of course it's not working still. Everything was done so nonchalantly to refund us our money back, it was almost like it happens all the time or to them it wasn't a big deal.
Had they known that we just spent $17 to get from our casino down to Fremont Street just for this experience. Wow can we get a refund for the cab fare? Funny thing is, is that the owner or manager actually had nerve to tell us that his wife and daughter were at the children's museum down the street.
So... You're now selling tickets for another venue? Never again. Thank God we found something else to do at Fremont Street.
