I wish there was a way to give ZERO stars! Renter's Warehouse is the WORST! Everything was going fine until the end when we moved out, which seems to be a pretty common theme among other reviewers/tenants. Regardless of whether or not the unit is pristine when you move out, you will get his with bogus charges such as claiming 300 square feet of carpet cleaning was $250.00. You will then inevitably be told that your security deposit will come from the owner when, in fact, you made the deposit check out to Renters Warehouse to begin with. You will also be jacked around for weeks being told there is nothing you can do to get your security deposit back unless you take it to small claims court. That is their standard line with everyone it seems. I could go on and on but it will just be repeating every other one star review. Bottom line, this company is TERRIBLE. Seriously, save yourself the stress and anger. The people that work for this company are scum. I encourage anyone who has had these issues (which by the looks of it is a lot) to report the company to the Better Business Bureau and the Consumer Protection Division of the Attorney General's Office.
