Update as of 12/30/2017: I filed a complaint with the cosmetology board today in for Brigitte and the golden rule salon. I cannot believe you did nothing to rectify the situation in any form after a terrible and embarrassing visit
Update: I still haven't heard from Brigitte as to why she felt that is was necessary to burn off about 10inches of my hair and refuse to refund my money back. I left a message for the owner of the salon
Ever wonder what it would be like to have stylist at golden rule salon color your hair and not do anything to rectify the situation. Below is what you will get. This stylist completely burned my hair off with the bleach she let her assistant use without any supervision. This is a daily slap in the face. Stay far away from this salon. Or they will cause you to loose about half of your hair and consult an attorney for loss of hair by 50%. If your looking to get it burned go see brigu
