Stay far, far away from Lionesse and their products. I purchased a CFS-8 flat iron from a Lionesse vendor at Dufferin Mall and it totally fried my hair. When I attempted to get a refund, they insisted it was my fault and even contradicted themselves when trying to put the onus on me ("You should have pre-treated your hair" became "You shouldn't have pre-treated your hair", etc). They even suggested I was using the product wrong, even though I'm pretty sure I've mastered the art of straightening my own hair after using flat irons for almost 2 decades. They said I turned the heat too high (although I used the temperature used at the kiosk and suggested to me by the salesgirl), yada yada. Still no refund, no acknowledgement of their product having fried my hair. My curls are now limp, dried out and just hanging around my face :( I am furious with myself for having been stupid enough to sit in their chair for a demo.
