Clair, the receptionist, smiles, when conversation starts, then her patience quickly runs out and I can see her irritation with my questions. I asked her why I got different price for implant, she said she forgot to add some parts when quoted me the first time -and no warnings, no apologies.
Dental implant procedure was okay, but I was promised gauze pads which I never received. No print out with instructions was provided. Surgeon spat out what I need to do after surgery in 30 seconds, so I still don't know when I can start eating and drinking water.
Also there were inconsistencies when I need to submit my payment and payment numbers.
