I decided to drop off my prescriptions to be filled at this location since it's close to where I now live...BIG mistake! I'd rather drive the four extra miles and go to the other location on 51st and Bell. When I dropped off my prescription with Debbie, I was asked by Debbie if I'd like to wait since it should be about 20 minutes. I've now been here 50 minutes when the pharmacy tech Jackie asks "did you drop something off and you're waiting?" I wanted to reply by saying "Nope, I just like hanging out in your hard plastic chairs watching your horrible customer service!" Instead I was nice and answered her. She couldn't find anything in her computer and asks who I dropped my prescriptions off to. Then she says it should be about 10 more minutes...LIES! I have now spent a total of 75 minutes here. The actual pharmacist would not speak with me regarding the lack of "customer service" hey supposedly provide. When I asked what the delay was I was told they were extremely busy. Three people that dropped of items before me waited and got their items. Mary the pharmacy manager is just as horrible as the rest of her staff. HORRIBLE LOCATION!!!!
