The baked goods and breakfast sandwiches are awesome! The location is great and inside the building is beautiful. The lower rating is just for the service. The whole front of the place is a long counter with multiple places you could walk up to and it's really confusing to know where to go. There were employees behind the counter the whole time who saw I was confused and didn't offer any help. Eventually, I walked up to the right spot and placed my order for a breakfast sandwich and juice. The whole thing happened a second time when I wasn't sure if I had to go to a different counter for a dessert order.
They brought my sandwich out and it was presented beautifully. The orange juice glass was only about 2/3 full... Not sure if that's because I didn't get large and they use the same glass for all sizes? Either way, for a $12 breakfast of just a sandwich and juice I'd expect a full glass.
The pastries look and taste amazing. They're pricey, but that's to be expected at a place like this.
