Loved it! We were there on a Saturday night from about 8pm-12:30am. Felt like old Montreal. Just a little brick below ground bar. Open to the street. Playing great live Blues music. Place was packed and the crowd was right into the music. Cheering, clapping and singing along. The service was fast and friendly. Bathrooms were clean. Bartenders were fun loving, pouring alcohol on the bar, lighting up the bar with flames. Great experience for our first night in Montreal. Highly recommended!
FYI. Doesn't get really packed until around 11pm. So for good seats go a bit early. They do charge a cover charge at that approx time. Before that they didn't ask us.
Beers were standard choices, nothing unique about beer or spirits choices. Beers are about 7$ before 8pm. Everything goes up 1$ at 8pm.
