I'm a weirdo when it comes to picking veggies and fruits. I was worried that the quality would be compromised, since you don't have much of an initial say about how they choose your produce. However, I have to say, their veggies and fruits, are fresh! To the touch. The kind I'd select if I were doing the picking, myself. I think the value is there. $30 for a small mixed veg/fruit box. I wanted to start with a small box, to avoid wasting good food. I like the selection of other goods as well: unofficially tree-nut free bagels from St. Urbain; produce on sale. I picked up an organic, unblemished, dark and healthy looking zucchini for $1.45 on sale. I also ordered a sugarbaby yellow watermelon for $5.00. All organic, and in good shape. Yes, I'll order again. Yes, I'd recommend it to a friend or family member. Worth trying. Depending on where you live, deliver may be at the start or at towards the end of the late evening (7:00).
