I was referred here by the restaurant I'm hosting my wedding reception. I called Catherine directly and asked her if she had my particular date available. She said "YES, go ahead and email sample photos of centerpiece ideas." As requested, I immediately emailed her the photos within a few minutues. And disappointingly, didn't hear back for a few days so I called her and she claimed that she didn't received the email.
So with her on the phone, I verified that I had the correct email (which I did) and forwarded the orginal email to the exact address I sent the first email. Interestingly enough, a couple days later she emailed back saying they're booked for that date!
Really Catherine? Terrible customer service! I highly suggest to not bring your business to a company that wastes and disrespects your valuable time.
