We are LONG term patients, for a few years now, and they have done nothing but get WORSE. The staff is lazy and incompetent, even if no one is in the waiting room, expect to wait at LEAST an hour. They are very greedy, they need to see you for everything before they will do anything (including renewing prescriptions) they never apologize for wait times, screwing up billing, or just plain rude nurse behavior. Only go here if they are your absolute last choice!!! Oh and if you change doctors, good luck on getting your medical records.....
