I just left the drive-thru and I'm very disappointed with the service... Despite ordering a large water to accompany our food, the woman refused to give us one... she claimed we didn't order any water. After we asked if we could just have one anyway, she said something about how all of her machines were running and she couldn't give one to us. She didn't apologize or tell us to have a nice day. There was no closure to the interaction. She just locked eyes with the screen in front of her. Correct me if I'm wrong but I'm pretty sure it's illegal to deny water to anyone in the state of Arizona. Awful service... I will not return to this location.
Upon returning home to eat my egg McMuffin, I see this atrocity... thank you for handling my food with care!
