My wife is actually writing this review. I went in to add a link to an already owned watch. They were extremely helpful and took care of it in a jiffy. While waiting for the few minutes for the repair I spotted a Michele watch that I have been eying for the past few years. The Sales Associate Amber Duncan helped me try it on. The GREAT news is the watch was being discontinued and had a price discount bringing it down to 2/3 of the original price. No pressure at all and Amber held it for me to think it over. Two days later after checking prices and availability I went back and bought it. Love the watch - thanks Amber for great service.
