My first time in this spa was okay. I was greeted by one of the front counter girls who was super nice, filled out my form on all my problem areas and general questionnaire they gave you on your first visit. when I came back from using the restrooms I sat down and heard the brunette who works at the front counter making fun of my answers ( she must of not heard me come back) . I was not amused and extremely frustrated. I wanted to leave but since my fiancé bought me a massage I wanted to stay and give it a try.
On the other hand My masseuse was amazing and will be back just because she did a great job.
However. You work in customer service! Hello!! You need to be aware of the customers around you, if you are going to make fun of them.
I do recommend people to give this place a try because the actual service was great. You just need to avoid the girl in the front. I would love to give this a 5 star but she kinda ruined it for me.
