I don't even know what to say- I was here on a Sat a few weeks ago and the lady that did my nails was so lovely I was convinced to abandoned my usual place and come back here. My experience this visit was ridiculous- 1- I walked in, there were 3 techs, one other person waiting to be serviced I asked what the wait was, was told 15 minutes and to pick a colour sit down. I did as I was told, long story short- it took 20 minutes before I was told to soak off my shellac, it took another 25 minutes before someone starting attending to my nails, by this point I had scraped off all my shellac on my own. She starts to do my manicure and clips too low and I start to bleed- she keeps going until I tell her to stop, she then apologizes and says it's bc my cuticles are so dry- you left me soaking for 25 minute ofcourse I'm dry!! 2 hours later with a sore cuticle, bad energy and completely upset I finally left- as I go to pay she says, we won't charge you for the take off of the shellac. Wow- learn not to lie to your clients- sadly I won't be back despite living across the street.
