I have long hair and only get it cut about 2 to 3 times a year, so it's SUPER important to me to have it done well. I went to Charles Azzi Salon because of the excellent reviews and I am SO glad that I did. There was even a little miscommunication about the appointment, but Janine handled everything professionally and still managed to get me a haircut by Charles. The customer treatment was superb from the beginning: caring consultation, excellent hair wash and massage, brilliant cut and blow dry/styling.
I really felt like Charles listened to what I wanted and used his expertise to deliver the cut that I needed. I love that this is a teaching salon and enjoyed listening as Charles mentored another hairstylist. Janine washed my hair and styled my hair afterward. She was such a delight. I honestly have not enjoyed talking to a hairstylist more.
The end result was fantastic. I felt so pretty. I went home and my husband who usually doesn't even realize when I get my hair done immediately commented on how good it looked. We had a date night and he mentioned throughout our night how much he liked my hair.
I truly look forward to getting my hair done by Charles or Janine again. I'm sure the other stylists there are fabulous too since Charles takes such pride in his business and makes sure everything is top notch. If you decide to trust this salon with your hair you will not be disappointed!
