Order bridesmaid dress paid $50 fee to have expedited. Took 3 months for dress to arrive. Manager Angela assured me we would get in for fitting. Today, I call and I am told that I need to wait another week. What happened to customer service? Clearly I have been getting the run around. The wedding is out of state less than 3 weeks away which I have emphasized multiple times. Owner needs to get new staff and clearly bring back customer service.
