Dr. Craig Tingey is nothing short of a miracle worker He and his staff reconstructed my right shoulder with massive rotator cuff tears that the VA said was inoperable. My shoulder was so torn up that VA Ortho claimed there was nothing they could do. Dr. Tingey and team stabilized the shoulder I am grateful for the repair and a gift from an Organ Donor.
