This is the worst company i have ever deal with worst than a cell carrier and worst than an insurance company, they trap their customer with their bundle services and after the promotion period is where your nightmare starts, almost monthly they add couple of $$$ to your billing statement, and when you call customer service they are so rude and wont give you an option to downgrade, i have internet and regular tv bundle and i chose to downgrade with just internet service and to my surprise my bill will be higher than when its bundled, they will give all the bs excuse and frustrate you just to suck it up of the current bundle you have, so guys stay away from this money leeching cable company.
