Not sure why I'm not able to update this review, so I'm editing it instead. After receiving an exceptionally apologetic call from this company, taking full responsibility for wasting my day yesterday. No nonsense excuses. I like that a lot, and I am definitely willing to give them another chance after receiving such great service. Good job! Here is my original posting, which immediately received the attention of this company's management: Sad that Yelp let me down on this one... After getting a call at 4:10pm that this company would not make the 2-5pm appointment window, I was okay with waiting until 5:30, the estimated arrival time I was given by the service rep. Then, at 5:35pm, I get a call that they don't install vents for cooktops, which was half of the reason for their visit. Okay... I still want the tech to come do maintenance on my a/c unit, but now the ETA is after 6pm. Nope, I am done.
