I have been a tenant there for over a year and a half and I have several units there. Most of the tenants are business owners who have run out of room at their current warehouse and need some more space in a clean and professional facility. There is a new manager there who has been working hard to make it a better place by kicking out the undesirable tenants. It is a constant struggle in Las Vegas for storage places like this because there are a lot of bums who attempt to live in the units. Someone left a bad review mentioning rats, it's a rather unfair review because this is a very clean facility. Also, it would be nice if he would work on improving his grammar a bit. If someone has a storage unit full of food and trash, rats will be attracted to it and find what they are looking for, no matter where you are. The last manager seemed like a good person, but the new one is much more responsive to possible problems. There's also a regional manager who is there sometimes, I've spoken with him a few times, he's pretty sharp and definitely knows what he's doing. Overall, I'm quite pleased with the property and I have several friends who are renting units there as well, also business owners who simply needed more warehouse space.
