Phoenix friends, I highly recommend that you NEVER NEVER take your jewelry to Fast Fix in Paradise Valley Mall. They are crooks. My husband took in my white gold box 18in necklace to get clasp fixed. When he got it back it wasn't my necklace in fact it was 3 inches longer not white gold and stretched out. The clasp is completely different then my original necklace. Fast Fix wouldn't claim anything. Very rude and arrogant, zero customer service.
Took the necklace to Helzberg Jewelers in PV Mall who we buy from many times and love doing business with. Shout out to Blake over there that gave us a new replacement necklace so I could wear my necklace. Filed a report with the mall. Value of necklace is $150 but its the principal of the whole experience and Fast Fix should make it right. Now I know why there are so many jewelry pieces for sale in their stores.
