A-ma-zing! Best ramen I've had anywhere, in or out of Las Vegas. Came here after word-of-mouth rave reviews on my birthday (a Saturday) around 2pm. There was a little bit of a wait (maybe 3 minutes total) but there's a milk tea place next door and seats for waiting. Anywho, I ordered Shoyu ramen with no pork and added nori to it. My partner had miso ramen and added nori. We ordered white rice and kimchi to share. The napa cabbage kimchi is fresh and not overly fermented, and my ramen was flavorful and delicious. A pretty good sized bowl too! For all of this (2 bowls of ramen, rice, kimchi, one drink) it cost less than $20 before the tip. I've tried one other ramen place in Las Vegas' Chinatown and this one beats it by leaps and bounds. So good I came back the next day!! Same great experience with the spicy ramen.
