My husband and I just finished dinner and decided to head over to Graze for a drink. We were in town for only 4 days, and I insisted that we needed to try some fried cheese curd. Strangely I was never a fan of cheese sticks, but I have to say I sometimes day dream about the fried cheese curd I had at Graze. My mouth waters thinking about it.
Graze is local, organic, and sustainable! Yay! It is also situated across from the capitol building in downtown Madison. In the evening, the capitol building lights up and creates a beautiful backdrop, which adds to the atmosphere.
Unfortunately I only tried the fried cheese curds. I'll have to explore the menu more the next time I visit.
