It was a nice treat to find this hole in the wall restaurant! I yelped for a place close to me because a friend passed by and did not want to go far. I actually found a different Hawaiian place not realizing it did not have any seating. The young man at that first place recommended if we wanted Hawaiian there was a place a few doors down. We were so glad it turned out to be excellent food and service. I ordered a combo plate, with Mahi Mahi(I choose grilled vs. fried) and garlic chicken. I choose the garlic chicken because the young lady taking our order said it was their most popular dish. I did not realize it was fried until I got plate. I typically dislike fried food but this was done well so I was not disappointed. The Mahi Mahi was excellent and fresh! I got a salad and it was good, the only complaint I have is that they were heavy on the sesame oil. Their sauces were very tasty. I thought the prices were high but the portions were well worth it. I also do not like ordering at a counter and then having a seat, too bad they do not have waiter service. I would return though.
