The Eiffel Tower is absolutely beautiful. Although it's only half the size of the real thing, it's still breathtaking and the view from the top is amazing. They have a package deal in the gift shop (all the way in the back of the casino to the left) for the High Roller and Eiffel Tower for $35. Military gets to go up the Eiffel Tower for free so $20 for the package deal or just free if you don't want to go on the High Roller. The elevator to go up the tower will be to the right of the gift shop and they'll immediately take some cheesy pictures of you that are $25 a piece or $30 for two. I love how they have the love locks at the top (you can buy a lock at the gift shop). Super cute.
