DO NOT USE THIS CLEANERS!! Took comforter in to be dry cleaned for first time. Was returned completely destroyed with pulls in the fabric. Took it in to discuss with the owner, I suspect they laundered it even though the tag said dry clean only. She calls over cleaner and he alleges it "came in that way...I remember". I had with me a pillow sham that was not cleaned and corrected that no, it looked like this before you cleaned it. Then they allege must be a manufacturing defect and I should take it back to where I bought it. Would not even refund cleaning fee. Took this here as they had a discount looking for new customers....well, this is NOT the way to get them!
