When I arrived at the store, a man was finishing up his transaction. He was obviously pleased with the service he had just received and kept saying : "You're the man!"
I was no less happy with the help I received. I was returning a fragile item to Amazon via UPS. Since the item came with packaging, I couldn't see sending it to the landfill and asking for new. I brought the packaging with me, but I still expected to pay something for the service. The store's bills still have to be paid, right? But the man on duty (I wish I had gotten his name) insisted that there was no charge. He put everything back together and sent me on my way. Great service! I'll be a loyal customer.
