I was underwhelmed by this place for a few reasons. 1. I had booked a two room two bath villa for my family 12/26-27. When we checked in on 12/26 we got to our villa and saw that the second room had not been cleaned yet. When i called to the front desk they made it sound like it was my problem that it was not cleaned. When they finally did get someone to clean the room I asked to speak to a manager and of course no manager showed up. 2. The pool area could have been cleaner. Again we are paying resort prices I think it's not too much to ask that they clean up the trash etc around the pool 3. When I checked out the woman somewhat rudely told me to have the towels piled up and the dishes put in the dishwasher before we left...ummm isn't that what house keeping is for?? Overall I found the staff rude and customer service was seriously lacking. Again i don't mind cleaning up after myself but when i am on vacation and staying at a resort I expected a lot more.
