This is the worst flooring company to deal with! They do NOT care about the quality of their work or customer service. So many issues: poor installation (too many issues to list), and the worst part is that the company did not return calls or emails. Finally got a hold of someone in the office who promised to fix it, and they NEVER came through. Yet they were extremely quick to ask for the balance due! It was paid in full for this very large residential job, and I am sorry the last check was paid. AWFUL, AWFUL customer service. I am one to give praise and great feedback when it is deserved, but when a company doesn't care about customer satisfaction, this needs to be shared.
CHOOSE ANOTHER FLOORING COMPANY!
