This is constructive criticism for the business. Found this company on Groupon and with the amazing reviews I've been reading I wanted to give them a try and set up an appointment for the same day (if available) I called the store at their number 4 times same one listed here on Yelp as in Groupon, and it kept going to voicemail. I tried scheduling an appointment online and it asked for credit card information before I could even see the availability of their appointments. I would suggest hiring someone in the spa to schedule clients, it gives a more personal touch to the spa and builds good rapport, also I didn't feel comfortable giving my credit card information to a business that I didn't know very well about, if you decide to cont. with this service allow the client to see the availability first before asking for personal information. I rate a zero because customer service is EVERYTHING. Especially to new clients, this is how your business grows. First impressions. Every client. Every time.
