If I could give 0 stars, I would. I had my brows and upper lip threaded by Puri today and normally pay for the deal which is $16.50 for brow + any other threading service. Everything was fine, up until checking out. I looked at the monitor screen and saw her adding the $16.50 deal AND added an additional $3.99 for an eye liner pencil that I did NOT ask for, then kept pushing me to choose from her eye liner pencil selection. I told her that I didn't want eye liner, nor did I wear it and that I didn't want to get charged for it. Of course, she ended up charging me for the eye liner, and the total came out to $20.49 on my recent transactions on my bank account, when it should have only been $16.50 (I gave cash tip). I turned around and went back to the kiosk to ask her why she charged me for the eye liner pencil that I specifically told her that I did not wanted or got. She explained to me that she kept telling me to pick an eyeliner. Why would I pick out an eye liner pencil when I did not want one? It made NO sense. She called customer service and had it "returned" and charged me again for $16.50. I had to make sure that I asked for the receipt because I did not get a receipt for the first transaction. After I left shortly, I called their customer service to confirm that $20.49 will be refunded back to me, because I did not trust Puri. Whatever you do, do not come here. They will charge you for services and/or items without your consent. Do not let them take advantage of you, like they did to me today, had I not taken a look at my bank account. They were extremely unprofessional and I will not be coming back.
