We paid a $200 deposit for a Jenn-air cooktop and asked for a quote for installation. Silence. After 8 calls an installer turns up and charges $100. Silence. Visit Tasco. The rep, Victor, looking aggravated, tells us the installer called us 4 times and we never returned his call. Then he says the installer never submitted any paperwork. He apologized and said he would call later that evening with the quote for installation. Two days later, no call. It has been four weeks now. No quote. No cooktop. If you buy anything from these people be very careful and make sure you can get your deposit back if they screw up.
