Took my pupp here because of a recommendation of a friend and the Great reviews on here. Ive never even written a yelp review because I've never felt the need. However I've never been so upset with an experience. First of all our appt was in the morning and my pupp wasn't ready until 5 hours later. When I picked her up she was jittery and acting super weird. Also they had a baby sitting in a play jumper around the dogs on the counter ??because that's safe and sanitary for a child. On top of that her cut was butchered. She's a very fluffy dog and we asked that they keep her face cute and puppy looking with a puppy cut ( this usually entails a mild trim with scissors) they took a razor around her head and face and it was very uneven. They didn't do her nails, or trim her ears, and she had knots on the back of her leg. To make matters worse when we got home she was walking
Weird and you could tell something was bothering her. Turns out they cut her inner thigh, and didn't even tell me ?! I get accidents happen but please let me know. When I called to tell them about my negative experience they didn't offer my money back or anything they just offered to "fix it". I called scoobies and told them about what had happened and they told me to bring her in within the hour. I they were AMAZING. They trimmed her nails, cleaned her ears, and fixed the butchered cut the best they could. And didn't even charge me!! They were so sincere and helpful. They could not believe fancy pets let me walk out with my pupp the way she looked. Do NOT let these reviews fool you. They double book you to make money, always have openings, do a half ass job and frankly just don't care about their customers or more importantly the pupps they care for! I'll never go anywhere but scoobies again. If I could give zero stars I would.
