I did the 6 week challenge back in feb, I dropped 13 pounds in just 6 weeks. I became a member right after the challenge because I couldn't picture my life without the bootcamps, the bootcamp classes change constantly so you never feel like you're doing the same exercises. The instructors are amazing and they care about your fitness journey. It's more than a gym it's a family.. you lose weight and have a great time doing it!
