I have enjoyed many a steak in this great town known as Las Vegas, and each and every one was delicious beyond belief. It really (for me) boils down to the consumer experience. You're paying a premium price you should expect premium service. And the team behind the bar at Gallaghers did not disappoint. More specifically Shaun. The man, a tall drink of water and was without a shadow of a doubt sculpted in the likeness of Michaelangelo's David. The Adonis of a man stands about 6'6 with a personality that was larger than life. His initial greeting was warmer than Phoenix in July, and I felt as if I just stepped into the house of an old friend. He oozed personality and always had a poignant point about anything that was topical. Weather it be the latest sports scores, current events, or 9/11 conspiracies, Shaun was always on point and informative. Some might call him a "jack of all trades" or a "renaissance man" if you will, me (after the one visit), I call him a friend. Let's not forget the other two fine gentlemen behind the bar. Diminutive in stature but not "short" on personality either. I think the shortest of the twos name was Gary. Standing (what seemed to be) a mere 4'11 was surely channeling his personal idol with his Gomer Pyle hair cut. And the man only known by a letter G stood a towering 5'2. He seemed to be the strong silent type. This was by far the best experience I've ever had at a bar, steak house, or Vegas all together. This is by far the best experience I've ever had and I will definitely be back.
