I was nervous to go because of the reviews here. But when I got to the busy office, the ladies in the front were so kind even though they were handling multiple patients at a time. Once I got into my room for a strange mole I had, they told me they would be removing it right then and there. I was really nervous and the nurse assured me it was painless and easy. The whole procedure was fast and the pain of the numbing needle lasted about 8 seconds before I was numbed completely. She went slow so it didn't burn as much and that was that. I left feeling excited and cared about, it was all very quick. You are in and out, but they have a ton of patients! In the 10 minutes I was in the room, I never felt that the staff didn't care. I will be returning for future skin concerns.
