I have had my nails done and hair blown out multiple times at LOOK. Unfortunately, I was disappointed every time. The nail salon was clean, but they do not use a liner in the pedicure bowl... gross! The manicures were average, but if you need hard gel be cautious and double check that your technician can handle that as some do not have those tools as they merely rent space at LOOK. As for the blow out services, I so badly want to love them!! However, I received an artist who had no idea how to work with my fine hair and continually got the brushes stuck in my hair and ripped my hair out! That being said I may go back for the blow out services, but I would triple check they can handle your hair type. Overall, the idea of LOOK is great, but my experiences have been sub par.
